Our name is the instruction we work by. A property decision is rarely the goal in itself; it serves a business, a portfolio or a family. We start by asking what the decision is for, and we advise with that end in view, including when the right advice is not to transact.
Who we are
A team of brokers and analysts at Meybohm Commercial
The Finem Group is a team at Meybohm Commercial, working across the Southeast. We combine the reach and tools of an established brokerage with brokers who work a defined set of property types every day and an analyst who does nothing but underwrite.
We work across the Southeast, from an office in Augusta.

We look past what is listed
We keep our own database of regional businesses, tenants and buyers, and we call owners directly. Many of the best outcomes start off-market.
The analysis is done in-house
Our senior brokers hold the CCIM designation and MBAs and have run businesses of their own. Underwriting and valuation are done by our own analyst, not outsourced.
The client before the commission
This industry pays brokers to close. We work for the client’s goal, even when that means saying no to a transaction.
